Requirement of technical materials of a patent application for invention or utility model

1. Title of the invention or utility model
The title shall state briefly and accurately the substantive contents of invention or utility model. The title can be named according to its technical nature, to its usage, or to both its technical nature and usage. The title shall not contain publicizing or advertising words. In general, not more than 25 Chinese characters shall be used in the title of invention.
 
2. Technical Field
The technical field of an invention or utility model shall be the specific technical field to which the claimed technical solution of the invention or utility model pertains or is directly applied.
 
3. Background Art
This part shall indicate the closest prior art of the invention or utility model, and the problems and defects existing in the prior art shall also be objectively described in this part. Where a patent document is cited, at least the country of origin and the publication number, and preferably the publication date, of the patent document shall be clearly indicated. Where a non-patent document, such as periodical, magazine, manual, book etc., is cited, the title and the detailed source of the document shall be clearly indicated.
 
4. Brief description of the invention or utility model
The description shall make the technical problem to be solved by the invention-creation and the technical solution understood. For an invention or utility model of product, the embodiment or example shall describe the mechanical structure, electro-circuit structure, or chemical composition of the product, and illustrate the interrelations among the various parts of the product (such as structure, position and coupling relationship). For an invention of process, the embodiment or example shall describe the steps of the process in chronological order, including processing conditions which may be expressed by different parameters or parameter ranges. State the advantage or effect of the invention-creation from the technical point of view.
 
5. Description of Figures
It shall briefly describe the contents as illustrated, for example, “Fig. 1 is the decomposition diagram of the invention”.
 
6. The best mode for carrying out the invention or utility model
At least one mode for carrying out the invention or utility model shall be exemplified, and shall be described in detail (according to the drawings if there are).
 
7. Drawings
When necessary, there shall be drawings in the application document. Drawings shall be made in accordance with the standards of mechanical drawing, the description of a patent application  for utility model must include the drawings.
