       Mengyuan Li is an associate at Beshining. She specializes in intellectual property, foreign investment and corporate matters, and has extensive experience in handling contractual disputes, copyright infringements and other foreign-related civil and commercial litigation.
       Prior to joining the firm, Mengyuan acted as legal assistant to a Spanish lawyer, and was heavily involved in foreign investment issues, including the establishment of foreign invested enterprise, drafting of articles of association in English/Chinese and review of foreign related contracts.
