Over the past 16 years, Mr. Wang has represented nearly 1,000 domestic patent applications and PCT international patent applications, and hundreds of foreign patent applications, involving the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, South Korea, India, Canada, Australia and other countries. In addition, he has represented nearly 100 patent reexaminations and nearly 100 patent invalidation cases with a winning rate of over 80%. He has also successfully represented many patent litigation cases in the chemical engineering and pharmaceutical fields with a winning rate of over 80% including the patent administrative litigation cases held in the Supreme People’s Court of The People’s Republic of China. Furthermore, he has led teams to complete dozens of large-scale FTO investigations, and patentability analysis and appraisal projects. He has also led teams to help several well-known venture capital funds to conduct pre-investment legal & IP due diligence, evaluation or elimination investment risks for the high-tech enterprises to be invested in. In addition, Mr. Wang has been actively engaged in intellectual property training lectures and speeches in Chinese or English which are up to nearly one hundred. He was awarded by China Trademark Association, Asian Legal Business（ALB）, Shanghai Intellectual Property Service Industry Association, Power-nation platform and other domestic and overseas organizations.
