Mr. Xue is one of the founding partners of the law office. Over fourteen years of practice, he has handled thousands of patent and trademark applications, including invention, utility model and design in the areas of chemistry, mechanics and electrics. He has handled more than forty cases of patent re-examination and patent invalidation, and the winning rate is higher than 80%. In the cases of patent invalidation, he has been the agent for both petitioner and patentee (respondent). He has handled more than twenty cases of patent litigation, including patent right dispute, patent infringement dispute, administrative proceedings of patent right invalidation etc, and the winning rate is higher than 80%. The related courts include Shanghai No.1 Intermediate People's Court, Shanghai No.2 Intermediate People's Court, Shanghai Higher People's Court, Nanjing Intermediate People's Court, Nanjing Higher People's Court, Chengdu Intermediate People's Court, Beijing No.1 Intermediate People's Court, Beijing Higher People's Court and the Supreme People's Court (for cases of patent retrial). In addition, Mr. Xue has lectured extensively since the start of his career with more than 1000 lecturing hours so far and receives good feedback. For ten years since 2003, as a distinguished instructor, Mr. Xue has lectured on patent application procedures, patent examination, patent reexamination and invalidation procedures and PCT application in the Patent Attorney qualification examination training course organized by Shanghai Intellectual Property Service Center. In 2008, Mr. Xue participated in a training course in PMC, a famous intellectual property firm in Singapore.
