Mr. James Lim is a Singaporean with a Chinese foreign permanent residency and has been residing in China for nearly thirty years. He has nearly 20 years of experience in intellectual property operation and monetization both domestically and internationally. He used to be the China head of the US Intellectual Ventures and the Chief Strategy and Operations Officer of Singapore's Yutong Group, taking charge of global patent transactions, technology transfer, and group operations.
 
In 2022, Mr. Lim joined Beshining as a Senior Partner and the head of Beshining's intellectual property operation, participating in strategic planning as well as domestic and international business expansion.
