She is good at intellectual property law and corporate law. Attorney Li has always been committed to the development and in-depth research of intellectual property protection business, and has accumulated rich business experience in various fields such as trademarks, patents, and unfair competition. She had represented clients for many times to obtain favorable solutions in intellectual property disputes and helped clients establish intellectual property legal protection system. Attorney Li has also been responsible for several Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) projects involving intellectual property as core assets in the areas of pharmaceuticals, new energy vehicles and computer software.

Attorney Li has served as a specially invited lecturer in Shanghai Intellectual Property Service Center since 2016, teaching trademark law, copyright law, civil procedure law, civil law, and administrative law. In 2018, she was hired as a specially invited mediator of intellectual property disputes by Xuhui District Professional People's Mediation Center. In 2020, she was elected as the director of the Intellectual Property Business Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association. She has participated in the compilation of the "Research Report on the Status of Intellectual Property Judicial Cases" by the Judicial Case Research Institute of the Supreme People's Court, and the "A Practical Guide to In-house Counsels" edited by the Shanghai Bar Association's Specially Invited Member Working Committee.
